Return and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

At Beauty Flex, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. If you need to return a product, please review our return guidelines below.

Return Window

  • Non-Electronic Items: Eligible for return within 36 hours from the date of delivery.
  • Electronic Items: Eligible for return within 5 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.

Return Procedure

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at office.beautyflex@icloud.com with your order number, details of the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
  2. Shipping Instructions: Upon approval, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Processing time for refunds may vary based on your payment provider's policies.

Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects

Returns for manufacturing defects are handled as follows:

  • Non-Electronic Items: Report within 36 hours of delivery.
  • Electronic Items: Report within 5 days of delivery.

All shipments are 100% secured for damage protection. To process a return for defects, damage, or wrong product delivery, an unboxing video covering all four sides of the package is required.

Other Return Reasons

For returns not related to defects or damages, both forward and reverse shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The product must be intact and unused. Beauty Flex reserves the right to reject any claims if tampering or suspicion of misuse is detected.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations are allowed after the product has been dispatched. If a cancellation is requested post-dispatch, double the courier charges will be deducted from the refund. For example, if the courier charge is 1200, a total of 2400 will be deducted.
