At Beautrix Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty equipment. Our limited warranty covers specific machine components for authorized dealers and ensures protection against manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty applies only to the main component of the machine and is strictly limited to manufacturing defects. Replacement for other parts is available at an additional charge.
Warranty Conditions
- Only manufacturing defects in the specified components are covered.
- The warranty is valid only if the device is registered within 7 days of purchase.

Proof of purchase (invoice) and serial number must be provided when raising a claim.
What is NOT Covered Under Warranty

Handles & Accessories – Any machine handle(s), probes, cartridges, or attachments are not included under warranty due to regular wear and tear.

Display Screens – Any damage to LCD/touchscreens is excluded from coverage.

Consumables – Filters, serums, cartridges, and any disposable parts are not covered.

External or Physical Damage – Scratches, dents, cracks, or broken parts due to mishandling.

Unauthorized Repairs – If the device is repaired or modified by unauthorized technicians, the warranty becomes void.

Human Error & Power Fluctuations – Damage due to incorrect usage, accidental drops, water ingress, or electrical issues.
How to Claim Warranty

Record a Video – Clearly show the issue and the full machine condition.

Submit Required Documents – Share the video, invoice, and serial number with Customer Care.

Review Process – Our team will assess the claim within 24-48 hours.
If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will provide repair or replacement of the main component.
Exclusions & Paid Repairs
- For non-warranty issues, paid repair services are available at nominal charges.
- Customers can purchase replacement parts separately if required.
